I think of my work as unfinished inventories of painting, sculpture and photography, adapting each piece so each work is ever changing and is a constant process that is constantly evolving. The work reflects on how I interpret the chaos within the world around me. Most of my work is based within botanical structures such as the lines and tones and how fragile they are and how the ever-changing future is having a heavy impact on life within the structure of earth. I also like to explore other mediums such as plaster, wax, wood, print making method’s, collage and painting, creating both 2d and 3d works. Most of my work uses recycled materials in order to help with saving my planet and my home, but also to show the vulnerability within all life forms.  I would say my work is very experimental in the way that I like to try different mediums and constantly adapt each artwork that I make.

The reason I work with such a wide range of materials is because I don’t want to feel confined to one process of working as I feel it limits the artwork and does not then grow or have a life of their own which I really like. As well as this I and also interested in creating artwork that twisted, unique, dark these works I produce mainly as sculpture’s or as prints and I feel gives size and textures that I like these works to have. I love to work with botanicals and dark insecurities because working with both negative and the positive and how they contradict each other is exciting. I’m also curious about blending both works together and seeing how they interact with each other and the conflict they cause.
